Online businesses are the innovation of the decade. They’re easy to start, fun to manage and they bring in a huge clientele. Now here’s the problem: a good number of online vendors in Cameroon don’t deliver the quality they advertise and an even greater number don’t deliver at all.
If you’re a fashion lover and you’ve ever ordered anything online in this country, then like me you understand the anxiety that comes with making a payment and having to pray for what you ordered to be exactly what you receive. And when I say know I mean you know the business owner’s full name, place of residence and family members, to avoid stories that touch the heart. Stay away from strange WhatsApp group chats and Instagram pages. Good branding is not always indicative of a good business.
